This picture above is a beautiful memory
of a sweet child sitting in my lap, as I was teaching her this song. It was the
first time she had ever heard that song. That particular night, we were out ministering
to the homeless, and in walks this little one with her mom. I asked her if she knew
Jesus and she shook her head "no". I began
to tell her how much He loved her. This sweet little one has some delayed speech,
so I taught her this song in sign language. Once she got it down, she made all the
guys sing it with her!
It has been a year and her parents have
said she has not stopped singing "Jesus loves
me"!
This family now attends church and is actively
involved in our ministry.
Praise You, Jesus!
